Rotogravure Printing Machine Performance characteristics: 1.Traction and rewinding are controlled by independent frequency conversion motor; tension system is autocontrolled and synchro with the machine. 2.Color register system (lengthways) is controlled by independent micro-processor;it can modify the difference or error rapidly. Machine has many functions such as display of color-register error, general revising of system error and alarming of bad color-register. (standstill picture device is for option) 3.Unwinding and material-feeding traction adopts magnetic powder arrester and tension inspector, tension controller adopts full-automatic type to control the unwinding tension. 4.Adopts shaft-through type to load and unload the cylinder, bevel clamp device. 5.Printing press roller and traction glue roller are controlled by pneumatic components. 6.Cylinder and scraper are moveable, can be three-dimensional adjusted, it can control the ink-scraper angle and pressure efficiently.. 7.Machine collocated with pneumatic septum pump and ink circulation system. 8.The drying box is closed type, temperature is autocontrolled, open and close is pneumatic, and the heating source is installed outside. 9.Rewinding unit adopts double shafts drove by double motors. Unwinding tension isautocontrolled and synchro with the main machine; it can change the material without stopping the machine. 10.This machine also has meter-counter.
